1 Sheet metal laser cutting process
For 80.5mm- 86mm thick plate. Most thermal cutting techniques require a small hole in the plate. A laser stamping
compound machine is used to punch out a hole. A laser is then used to cut from the hole. The basic method of
pulse perforation for laser cutting machines without stamping devices -- pulse perforation: The initial absorption
rate of metal to 10.6 URN laser beam is only 0.5% to 10%.
